I, CLIFFORD HACKERTT, do solemnly swear that I am a qualified candidate for the office of SENATOR for the Primary Election to be held on the date set by law for this year, and have met the following qualifications as set forth in the Organic Act of Guam, Title 48 Chapter 8A § 1423(f) of the United States Code:

• I am a citizen of the United States;
• I will have attained the age of twenty-five (25) by the first Monday in January following the upcoming General Election;
• I have been domiciled in Guam for at least five (5) years immediately preceding the sitting of the legislature in which I seek to qualify as a Member;
• I have not been convicted of a felony or of a crime involving moral turpitude, or I have received a pardon restoring my civil rights; and
• I have not been convicted of a felony or of a misdemeanor involving criminal sexual conduct or crime of moral turpitude. (3 GCA § 6110)

I am submitting with this statement a Nominating Petition in the form and manner as prescribed by the Election Code of Guam. I make the foregoing Affidavit under oath, knowing that any false statement herein constitutes a violation under the laws of Guam.
