NOMINATING PETITION – SENATOR (Partisan)
We, the undersigned, registered and qualified electors of Guam, hereby nominate CLIFFORD HACKERTT as a candidate of the REPUBLICAN Party for the office of SENATOR, to be voted for at the Primary Election held on AUGUST 1, 2026, and we declare that we have not signed, and will not sign, any nominating petition for more persons than the number of candidates necessary to fill such office at the next ensuing General Election.
WARNING: Whoever knowingly signs more petitions for the same office than there are persons to be elected to the office, or signs a name other than his own is violating the provisions of the Guam Election Code.
